A beautiful 44cm (17 1/4 inch) natural silver grey Australian South Sea saltwater pearl necklace with a Rohm sterling silver (marked 925) hook clasp. The pearls are hand knotted between each pearl, onto double threaded white silk.
The pearls are natural grey AA++ (nacre and luster) /AA+ (small natural surface imperfections) quality South Sea pearls with an thick nacre, a radiant luster and a silver overglow. These South Sea pearls are oval and drop shaped baroques.
