Vintage AAA 3-7mm Akoya saltwater pearl, amethyst & gold double strand necklace
A beautiful 49cm (19.5 inch) reconditioned vintage white saltwater pearl necklace with a amethyst pearl and gold (hallmark 375 for 9ct gold, Birmingham, AJ makers mark, C for 1977) clasp. The shorter strand is 18.25 inches, and the strands hang perfectly nested together. The pearls are newly hand knotted between each pearl, onto double threaded white silk.
The pearls are white AA+ quality 3-7.2mm Akoya pearls with a radiant luster and a rose-cream overtone. These cultured Akoya pearls have an smooth and thick nacre.
