Stunning AAA quality double 8.5-9mm Akoya pearl & 9ct yellow gold necklace
A stunning 43cm (17 inch) reconditioned vintage double strand white saltwater pearl necklace with a vintage 9 carat gold clasp (hallmarked for London, and the common control mark for 9ct gold, 375 and makers marks JKa and MH). The shorter strand is 16 inches and the strands nest perfectly together. The pearls are newly hand knotted between each pearl, onto double threaded white silk substitute.
The pearls are white AAA quality 8.5-9mm Akoya pearls with a thick nacre, a radiant luster and rose and rainbow overtones. These cultured Akoya pearls are perfectly round. The clasp measures 10x15mm.
