AAA quality 7-7.5mm champagne Akoya pearl necklace & 18ct yellow gold clasp
A beautiful 51cm (20 inch) champagne saltwater pearl necklace with a 18ct yellow gold (marked JKa 750) brushed pearl clasp. The pearls are newly hand knotted between each pearl, onto double threaded white silk.
These Japanese Akoya pearls are very unusual, as they have not been bleached or "pinked" so exhibit the natural colour of Akoya pearls. The beautiful 7-7.5mm pearls are rare champagne or pale golden colour (Kinsyoku) Akoya pearls with a thick nacre, incredible luster and subtle pink overtones.
These pearls are a classic. Akoya pearls with this colour and luster are highly prized. The necklace will be presented in a complimentary gift box.
